If you're new here, you may first want to get a copy of my information and resources jam packed handbook on your right. Thanks for visiting!
It is taught to young men that their physical urges is crude and silly, and that women are just doing a favor to sleep with them.
There’s a syndrome that I call a “doofus dad” syndromeThere’s another societal factor going on, . In almost every TV commercial and sitcom, the “dad” or “boyfriend” or “husband” is a dopey, incompetent goof, and the mom/daughter/girlfriend/wife has to use her superior intelligence to fix the situation.
This brings to an opinion that women are “better,” and that their time is more important than yours.
You will feel required to give a lot of your time to a woman if your time is not so valuable.
But here’s the thing - you won’t be present for most of that time, if you are giving a woman too much time. You will be distracted, resentful, you will give her your “half-assed” attention.
I just realize this after analyzing lots of dates I went on women.
After that I started giving women smaller amounts of my time, but with my FULL ATTENTION.
Aside from making our time better, this creates a VAST ATTRACTION because I left women craving more.
Now my girlfriends can’t get enough of me - in fact, I don’t GIVE THEM “enough.”
Ask you know, “enough” would mean, “overexposure” to me, and women can’t be pulled to what they already have.
The proper way to manage your time is by being HONEST. And I don’t recommend you to play games with women and pretend to be busy or whatever.
No games, just be real with her - don’t spend more time that you want.
Enjoy whatever free time you have with women but still with focus on your personal goals. Be the man on the go.
Now this requires that you are able to meet a lot of women in a short amount of time, which I’ll have to cover in another newsletter.
It’s a sad thing to see that men waste their lives chasing and “putting up with” women, and then they are buried in their coffin ALONE.
You should think that women aren’t property that you can keep or somehow bring with you when you die.
It doesn’t mean that you can “keep” the women if you invest all your time with her.
One more thing here - if you start being honest with the amount of time you are willing give to a woman, you may feel GUILTY.
It’s either a girl will try to make you feel guilty, or you will feel it on your own. This is ok, it just means you have a weak focus.
You see, it usually comes from the social norm if you are following your true ways.
If you are in the habit of Adopting the values that others try to impose onto you, you will probably experience some tension, guilt, discomfort, even loneliness at first.
That’s why I set out on a journey to discover and develop the Attraction Code. It’s all about self-control, finding true path, and letting the real ‘you’ emerge from within.
And no, we don’t intend to impose our goals to you. I think you are capable enough to handle it to yourself, given the proper guidance.

What makes your stress worse? Your job? Money? Moving? Love or lack of it? Physical or emotional pain? Your in-laws?
Is the bulk of your stress because of current situations in your life or is it based off of previous events in your life? It’s likely you understand what I mean by this, and the answer is sometimes hard to find.
You are aware that managing and reducing stress can prevent lots of problems. Problems with health, sleep, poor diet potential addiction, and more. Stopping these problems before they start is just smart.
You wouldn’t choose to have problems with your blood pressure, heart, and sleep. Choosing to ignore your stress level is almost the same thing.
Many people with high stress look to avoid the discomfort by looking for things to make them feel “better”. If you’re hot, you want to be cool, if you’re cold, you want to be warm. When feeling stress, you might look for short term relief like watching TV, movies, prescription medications, cigarette smoking, eating, and other addictions.
Lots of people believe prescription medication is the only choice. If there were an easy, medically studied and safe method to relieve stress, wouldn’t you try it?
If it really worked, I know you would.
Like most people, you have probably watched TV or a movie to help you relax. Does it help? Yeah. It gives you a distraction. Something else to focus on and think about, right? But there really isn’t much “thinking” going on… it just indirectly creates a more quiet state of mind - for a while.
Some people achieve this same mental state using creative visualization, meditation, or prayer.
All of these examples technically achieve a mental state of hypnosis. With a little practice, it is very easy to get this hyper focused state. Like when you’re involved in reading a book, or on the phone.
Hypnosis is a state of mind everyone goes into several times a day. Hypnotizing yourself, on purpose, is so easy to do and is so beneficial to your stress and health in general.
There are medical clinical studies in the National Library of Medicine you can research on www.pubmed.gov.
Physical and mental stress relief of over 50% is possible in under 10 minutes. Honest.
Getting help from an appropriately trained hypnotist or using a quality self-hypnosis audio to reduce general stress are perfect alternatives. They have a higher rate of long-term success than medication and hypnosis has no potential for side-effects.
Please note: While hypnosis has been an approved by the American Medical Association since 1958, it does not replace conventional medicine.

Simply getting by at work is not going to last very long. By doing the bare minimum you cannot expect to get ahead, receive promotions or more importantly, receive those much needed raises. However, there are people who can help you set personal business goals and help motivate you through leadership mentoring.
Leadership mentoring is a one-on-one process that involves someone with more experience helping out someone who has less experience. This is often done when a new person enters a career field. A business coach does offer one-on-one coaching but it is more like helping you achieve your own goals or motivating you to become more involved in your career field.

You have probably heard of motivational camps where employees are brought in and play team games with one another. This creates and fosters a competitive atmosphere but lets employees bond with each other.

Coaching people should be more about showing them that they can rely on themselves to make the necessary changes to help the business operate better.
Bringing in a business coach can mean better performance if the person is educated about the business field and has experience motivating large groups of people. Sure, he or she can motivate on a one-on-one level but the person is more likely brought in to help motivate the company as a whole. It can mean more revenue, sales or a rebirth in enthusiasm for working for the company but that depends on how much the employees are willing to give.

Everyone worries about college admissions and everyone has their own thoughts and ideas on how best to do this. Many students believe that the SATS results are the most important. However, the admission factors most often taken into account appear to be your high school record.
Colleges say that about 35 to 50% of their decision is based on your high school record. A few things that colleges say will influence their decision are what courses you took and how well you did in those courses.
And yes, they do look at whether or not you took difficult courses and how well you handled them, they will check to see if your grades improved during high school, as well as whether or not you let your grades slide a little during your senior year.
Colleges also admit that approximately 25-40% of their admissions decision comes down to test scores. Both the ACT and SAT test are used to sort applicants, demonstrating how well you can handle problem solving, reading and other basic skills.
This is one reason why SAT test preparation is vital if you want to do well and improve your SAT test score. They will check out your activities and other accomplishments.
Their decision is influenced anywhere from 5 to 20% on these factors. Colleges feel that if you were active in community services or took a leadership position in an activity, then it is likely you will continue to be active at college.
They want to know what you are like as a person, something that SATS tests cannot tell them. They want to know what is important to you, what type of personality you have and to determine your greatest strengths and weaknesses.
Of course, to get into any college you need good marks and taking SAT preparation classes, along with practice SATs tests improves your chances of making a much higher grade. College admissions tell us that high GPA’s and good SAT scores will get a lot more attention than the average scores. Taking AP (advanced placement) courses shows them that you are serious about your education and that warrants extra attention.
